it was an experiment at lining things up.
and symmetry.
and stretch going in different directions.
and arms being silly.
it reminds me of a nightgown, perhaps the way it looks, perhaps the way it makes me stand/feel with the sleeves unwound.
(they can be rolled up, and when crumpled they appear to be thinner stripes. maybe if you blur your eyes. a lot)
or i just like associating things.
